come by. Our experienced real estate team uses a Nine Step
Site Evaluation Test to help identify and secure prime real
estate that ensures the best chance for success. Once sites
are identified, we assist in negotiating leases and we provide real estate
support every step of the way.
Store Development
Once your lease is signed, the clock starts
ticking. Every minute your doors stay locked is another minute
of missed earnings. To make sure your ribbon cutting ceremony
happens swiftly, we offer our complete project management and development
services. This allows you to focus on other issues involving
your new franchise.
Financing
We have great relationships with multiple financial institutions across the
country, all with experience assisting
franchisees start their new business. We have set up financing packages with
those lenders that give our franchisee's the flexibility and security they need
to thrive.
Equipment Package
From a spatula to an ice machine, Raving
Brand’s has created a consolidated equipment package to
cover everything you’ll need to run your business. Volume

Comprehensive Training Program
You’ll earn a degree upon completion
of both classroom and on-site training for your particular
concept. In our Raving Brands University, and in-concept training
program, you’ll learn
everything from register operation to making the perfect food,
and from hiring staff to accounting procedures. You’ll
be able to hit the ground running as you learn to hone your
management skills, setup your back office and develop an airtight
sales and marketing plan.
Operations Manual and Continuous Support
This manual provides detailed instructions
on hiring, training, motivating employees, day-to-day operations
and accounting. It’s a blueprint for all our operational
systems and we prefer that you keep it under your pillow
at night.
Support doesn't end once your business
is opened. Each store is assigned a Franchise Support professional to
assist in the strategic and operational questions that will come up after your Grand Opening. Their job is to motivate,
encourage, support and share in best practices with every franchisee.
